UNIVERSAL HUMAN VALUES PROGRAMME FOR 2026-2030 BATCH

Unlock Your Subconscious

The third day of the Five Day Universal Human Values (UHV) Programme for the 2026–2030 batch was conducted on 15 July 2026 at the ASCM Seminar Hall. The session, titled “Unlock Your Subconscious”, was led by Mr. Satheesh K, Hypnotist & Mentalist.

The session focused on understanding the subconscious mind, its functions, and its influence on human thoughts, emotions, behaviour, and decision-making. The resource person explained how the subconscious mind can be positively programmed through constructive thoughts and suggestions, enabling individuals to overcome mental barriers and achieve their goals. He also emphasized the importance of setting clear goals and maintaining a positive mindset to attain personal and academic success.

Through engaging demonstrations and interactive activities, Mr. Satheesh explained various concepts, including the different stages of the mind, the role of attention and concentration, perception, imagination, fear, and the effects of positive suggestions. He also demonstrated how the mind can experience altered perceptions and hallucinations under specific conditions, helping students understand the remarkable power of the subconscious mind.

A major highlight of the programme was the live participation of students in various mind-based demonstrations. These experiential activities illustrated how perception can be influenced, how fears can be managed, and how changing one’s perspective can lead to positive transformation. The session effectively conveyed that our beliefs and perceptions significantly shape our responses and behaviour.

The programme concluded with an inspiring message encouraging students to build self-confidence, cultivate positive thinking, and harness the power of the subconscious mind to achieve their goals. The highly interactive and thought-provoking session was well received by the students and left them with valuable insights into personal growth and self-development.
