In connection with World Environment Day 2026, the Nature Club in association with IQAC organized the EcoGarden Initiative at Ahalia School of Commerce & Mathematics. The programme aimed to create environmental awareness among students and encourage active participation in campus greening activities.

The programme was inaugurated by the Principal, who highlighted the importance of environmental conservation and sustainable living. Faculty members coordinated and supervised the activities, while students actively participated in cleaning and preparing the garden area. The soil was dug and the land was made ready for planting vegetable and fruit saplings. The activity promoted teamwork, environmental awareness, and a sense of responsibility towards protecting nature among the participants. Created awareness among students about environmental protection and conservation. Provided practical exposure to gardening activities and sustainable environmental practices. Strengthened the institution’s commitment to environmental conservation and community responsibility.
