VISIT TO AHALIA HERITAGE VILLAGE
On 23 October 2026, 22 students from Ahalia School of Commerce and Mathematics visited Ahalia Heritage Village to witness Yakshaprashna and the sculpture works created by skilled artisans. Yakshaprashna is an important episode in the Indian epic Mahabharata, in which Yudhishthira answers a series of philosophical and ethical questions posed by a Yaksha during the Pandavas’ exile.
During the visit, Dr. R. V. K. Varma, Director of Ahalia Heritage Village, narrated the story and explained the significance of the sculptures depicting various scenes from Yakshaprashna. These sculptures will be installed in the Ahalia Sculpture Park.
He also highlighted the management perspectives involved in the project, including financial investment, research, marketing, and project planning. The visit provided students with valuable insights into the connection between art, culture, and management.
