The Media Club, in association with IQAC and AHALIA YAAD (Youth Against Alcohol and Drugs), organized a Documentary Screening on 29 June 2026 at the ASCM Seminar Hall to observe the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.

The programme was conducted under the theme “Choose Life, Not Drugs – Building a Healthy and Productive Future.” Students of III and V Semester actively participated in the event. The documentary highlighted the harmful effects of drug abuse and emphasized the importance of making healthy life choices.

Dr. Rajesh S.P., Principal, delivered an insightful talk on the importance of preventing drug abuse and encouraged students to make responsible choices, lead a healthy lifestyle, and actively contribute towards building a drug-free society.

The programme was coordinated by Ms. Jini and Ms. Vidhya S., ensuring its smooth conduct. The screening was informative and inspiring, motivating students to become responsible citizens and ambassadors for a drug-free future.
