A programme on YOUTH EMPOWERMENT–PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT was organised for the I^st year and II^nd  year students of BBA programme on 3^rdNovember 2021 from 10:30 AM to 1:30PM.  The session was organised in association with the Lion’s Club of Palakkad District, 318D, Region 18. Zone 1.

The resource person of the session was Lion. V. Ramachandran MSF, Additional cabinet Secretary of the Lion’s Club of Palakkad. Dr. S.N. Jagadeesh , Associate Professor, ASM, welcomed the President of the session, Resource Person, faculties and students to the session.  The presidential address was delivered by Principal& Director of ASM,  Prof. Dr. B. Vijayachandran Pillai.  The Resource Person has given the proper directions on how to improve the personality of students. Further, the session emphasized the need and the benefits of personality development for self and career advancements for future managers.

The session ended with a vote of thanks by the Assistant Professor Miss Jini .K.S. of ASCM.
