The YIP 9.0 Orientation Session, organised by the YIP Club of Ahalia School of Commerce & Mathematics (ASCM), was conducted on 17 September 2026 at 11:30 AM at the ASCM Seminar Hall. The session was organised to introduce students to the Young Innovators Programme (YIP) 9.0 and encourage them to explore innovative ideas and problem-solving opportunities.

The session was led by Mr. Kiran Dev M, K-DISC Palakkad District Programme Officer and YIP Zonal Manager, who provided an overview of YIP 9.0, its objectives, stages of participation, and the opportunities available for students to develop and present their innovative ideas. He also explained the importance of identifying real-life problems and developing practical solutions through creativity and innovation.

The orientation provided students with a clear understanding of the YIP platform and encouraged them to actively participate in the programme. The session was interactive, with students gaining valuable insights into the process of idea development and participation in YIP 9.0.
