The Add-on Course on Advanced Excel, offered during the Sixth Semester of the BBA programme by Ahalia School of Commerce and Mathematics was successfully conducted from 21st January 2026 to 13th March 2026. The programme aimed to equip students with advanced spreadsheet skills essential for business analysis, financial management, and data-driven decision-making in modern organizations.

The course focused on advanced Excel features, including data management, formulas and functions, pivot tables, charts and dashboards, data validation, conditional formatting, lookup functions, financial analysis, and report generation. Conducted over 40 hours through interactive sessions, hands-on practical exercises, case studies, assignments, and problem-solving activities, the programme enabled students to develop proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for business and managerial applications.

The course was conducted by Mr. Jithesh from LBS, whose practical approach and expert guidance significantly enhanced the learning experience of the participants. A total of 31 students from Sixth Semester BBA successfully participated in and benefited from the programme. The programme concluded with a final examination conducted at the institution, where all participating students appeared for the assessment. Overall, the Add-on Course on Advanced Excel strengthened students’ technical proficiency, analytical and data management skills, and workplace readiness, making it a valuable supplement to the Sixth Semester BBA curriculum
