On 03.11.2025 Kerala Piravi Day was celebrated jointly by ASM & ASCM with great enthusiasm at 10.30am @ ASCM Seminar hall. The event aimed to honour Kerala’s rich cultural heritage and promote a sense of pride and unity among the students. The programme commenced with a prayer song in Malayalam. In Presidential and inaugural ad-dress, the Principal & Director, Prof. Dr. B.Vijayachandran Pillai narrated the circumstances which held to the formation of the state of Kerala and highlighted the significance of celebrating Kerala Piravi Day. He emphasized the importance of preserving the state’s linguistic and cultural identity in a globalized world.

   Students of the MBA programme organized a variety of cultural performances including traditional songs by Ms. Sona & Ms. Archana and dance by Ms. Aswathi Devi. Thereafter, a quiz competition based on Kerala State was conducted and Ms. Chinnu.K.Jose explained about the rules and regulations of the Quiz programme. The students of MBA, BBA & B.Com were divided into four teams for the purpose.  The Team No.4 bagged the first place and the Teams No 2 & 3 jointly won the second place. Followed by this, through a lottery method students were asked to pick the districts of their choice and talk about the selected district and its elegance for a duration of 5 minutes. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by the student coordinator Ms. Sona expressing gratitude to all participants and faculty members for their active involvement. The program came to an end by 12.45pm.
