A Cleanliness drive for Plastic free Earth in connection with World Environmental day celebration was organized by Ahalia School of Commerce and Mathematics in collaboration with Kerala Forest Department, Kollengode division on Thursday 05/06/2025. Students and staff of ASCM participated in it. The visit commenced by 9.30 am. The Drive was carried out in the Murugamalai forest area of the Koduvayur – Nenmara road. The drive was inaugurated by Mr Krishna Kumar, Section Forest officer, Kollengode Division. The students joined the staff of the Forest range office of that area for the cleanliness drive. The students collected the thrown away plastics such as empty plastic bottles, polyethene bags .etc.., thrown by the visitors, trespassers, local people and the same was collected in the bins provided by the forest department. Later the vote of thanks was proposed by Ms Bincy, Beat Forest Officer .The Students returned to the campus by 2.00 PM
