The 2022-25 batch of the BBA was inaugurated on 28th September 2022 by Ahalia School of Commerce and Mathematics. The chief guest of the occasion was Mr. A Sudhakaran FCA, General Manager (Commercial), GTN Group of Companies. The programme commenced with a prayer. The welcome address was delivered by the faculty Ms. Svetha G, Assistant Professor, ASCM. It was followed by the lamp lighting ceremony by the chief guest, other dignitaries and student representatives. The presidential address was by Dr. S N Jagadeesh, Principal, ASCM who highlighted about the vision and mission of the institution and efforts taken to achieve it. The key note address was by Dr. B Vijayachandran Pillai, Principal & Director, ASM who highlighted the importance of studying the BBA course in the present scenario. The chief guest then inaugurated the new batch of BBA. This was followed by a felicitation by Dr. Krishna Kumar Kishor, Executive Director, Ahalia Group of Institutions who appreciated the students and parents for selecting this institution for achieving their future endeavours in life. The vote of thanks was proposed by Ms. Jini K S, Assistant Professor, ASCM. The inauguration was followed by a special talk by the Chief Guest on “Challenges of Financial Management in a Changing Economic Environment”. The ways to manage an organisation in an economic disaster was emphasized in the talk. The session ended by 12:30 pm with a national anthem.
