Ahalia School of Commerce and Mathematics conducted an interactive session on the topic “An Essential Guide to Startup Business” on Friday 27/09/2024. The session started by 11:00 am. The speaker of the session was Mr Sunil Joseph, Director, Sark Cables Pvt Ltd, Kanjikode, Palakkad. The brief introduction and welcome speech were delivered by Ms Atirshta K First Year BBA student. Later, Principal, Dr S N Jagadeesh spoke a few words about the importance of conducting the session. Mr Naveen Raj. R of 3rd year BBA read out the profile of resource person Mr. Sunil Joseph and then the session was handed over to the resource person. He stated that Success in the startup world requires a blend of innovative thinking, strategic planning, and the ability to adapt. By following these guidelines, entrepreneurs can enhance their chances of building a thriving business. He also motivated the students by sharing his real-life experience of all ups and downs which happened in his business. He concluded the session by saying that the journey as an entrepreneur may be challenging, but persistence and a clear vision can lead to rewarding outcomes. The Vote of thanks was delivered by Ms Sheeba Kumar S, Assistant Professor, ASCM and the co-ordinator of the program. The session ended by 1:00 pm.
