The second year BBA students (2020-23 batch) had an industrial visit to the defense production unit BEML, Palakkad on 18/05/2022 at 10:00 am. The students first visited the demonstration room where the various parts used in the production of the vehicles in BEML are displayed. They were given a PPT and video presentation of the origin and the various schemes and activities undertaken by the BEML. Also, a video presentation of the live movements of various products manufactured by BEML such as Trucks, JCBs and metro coaches were explained to the students. The live working of the parts of the Trucks were displayed and explained. Then the operation floor of the company was visited by the students and the actual continues production process was seen. The visit was accompanied by Dr. S.N. JAGADEESH, Associate Professor of ASM and Ms. JINI.K.S Assistant Professor, ASCM. The students returned to the college by 12:15pm.
